In most things we do in life it all starts with the first step, especially weight loss. They just don’t have any idea of where to start from! Setting goals for your weight loss success is a most important first step. Without goals you could easily get depressed because you may not know where you stand with weight loss.

You can also slap this paper on your fridge, It just makes good sense due to the fact it’s the place it’s the place we head in moments of weight loss weakness!

Make the goals you set attainable, you must set REALISTIC goals.

I set my goal at a couple of pounds a week which was pretty easy to reach which made me stay positive in my head where most of the battle of the bulge is fought. Give yourself a fighting chance. Take the required time to lose weight and keep healthy so that it will stay off.
